What is your refund policy?If products are faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@SkinJustLikeMine.com within 48 hours of receiving your items, along with a photograph of the faulty product. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed. So please double-check that you have ordered the correct products, before proceeding through checkout. We do not offer refunds, due to change of mind.

How long until I receive my products?Please allow 7- 10 business days for your package to arrive, depending on where you are located within the USA. If an order is placed around any major holiday or tropical weather, delays may occur.
